How to Spend 3 Days in Los Angeles – Travel Guide

3 Days in Los Angeles? No worries! I’ve teamed up with Mitsubishi to cruise around Los Angeles to show you the best things to eat, see and do in one of my favorite places on earth! I feel like I throw that phrase around too much. It seems like every place I go becomes one of my favorite places on Earth. Haha! But really, Los Angeles has a very special place in my heart.

Los Angeles was our home sweet home for a couple of months. We moved there in summer 2013 because I received an amazing Fashion & PR internship to finish up my degree. I’ve always dreamed of moving to LA and to make that big of jump to place I had only been briefly, where we knew not a soul, and live off of our savings was quite an adventure. We had so much fun living in the Miracle Mile area, walking to restaurants, hiking with Cowboy every other day, and beach time – lots of beach time. We gained some incredible friends while we were there and we haven’t been able to make it back since. I randomly came across a ridiculously cheap flight and couldn’t resist so I booked it.

There is so much to explore in Los Angeles so I thought I would put together a 3 days in Los Angeles travel guide to help anyone who is making a quick weekend getaway to Lala land. These are just some of my favorite things to do around the area we lived. There are so many other things we did on our trip back (like drag queen bingo!!!) that I will post about soon. I will have to put together Tourist in my Hometown: LA Edition! Stay tuned!

Big thanks to Mitsubishi for lending me this ridiculously cute Mirage!! It was the absolute perfect car to drive around Los Angeles. The Mirage was a breeze to parallel park and we definitely turned some head in this plasma purple car! LA is known for it’s bad drivers and people – the rumors are true, but no fear because even though this Mirage is small, it is mighty. It’s received multiple awards like “Best All-Around Performance” and “Best Environmental Performance”. I love the Mirage because it is the perfect car for an adventurer.
