Tourist in my Hometown: Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

It has been a lot of fun being a tourist in my hometown! You never know what you might find right under your nose if you just look at it from a different perspective. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is an annual event that everyone looks forward to.

I wouldn’t classify most Houstonians as “cowboys”, but when Rodeo Houston comes in to town everyone busts out their boots and thickens their southern drawl. I’ll skip the cowboy boots and rhinestones, but you better believe I’ll be there for the delicious carnival food and amazing concert line-up. :)
