How to Mix Prints with Natalie Weakly from Signature Style
Last week I had so much fun learning how to mix prints and patterns with Natalie Weakly from Signature Style. Natalie helped everyone master styling prints on Great Day Houston with Debra Duncan! I was so happy to model this great look for the show. Natalie is an amazing stylist and brand consultant – be sure to check out her blog and other TV segments at www.natalieweakly.com.
Watch the television segment below to see all of the great looks and hear Natalie talk about how she loves to mix fun prints and patterns!
Mix Prints with Accessories
“If print mixing makes you nervous, make it happen with your accessories! Keep your print styles similar like we’ve done here (bold stripes, colorblocking, and geo prints) for a successful combination.” – Natalie Weakly
I am all about mixing prints with accessories like scarfs, purses, or shoes! Natalie styles this outfit perfectly by coordinating a great color scheme and combining similar prints. Like she said on the segment – scarfs are accessories are great for those who don’t want to take a big risk because if you ever feel uncomfortable you can toss the scarf in your bag! But don’t be afraid of patterns and prints!

Thank you to Annie Allbritton for sponsoring this look! I loved meeting with Annie at her amazing boutique located at 2015-A West Gray Street in Houston, TX. Her boutique has such a fresh and unique feel that compliments her amazing designs. It was hard not to walk away buying out the entire store! All of Annie’s designs are just my style. I love relaxed and casual clothing that can easily be dressed up or down. Annie’s boutique offers a wide variety of comfortable and fashionable clothing perfect for every day wear.
I also loved her boutique decor! She has gorgeous paper floral blooms hung around the room. I have paper florals at weddings and parties, but never thought of it for decor in businesses or homes. I have a feeling I will be decorating my office with some soon! :)
