Loving this Leather Jacket + Nixie Plaid Scarf look!
Did you catch the Harry Potter marathon this weekend? My hubs and I pretty much lived in front of the TV this weekend eating junk food and pausing time for just a bit. I love the holidays like anyone else, but my goodness.. Christmas, New Year’s Eve and birthdays in between – I’m exhausted! No worries, I’m pampering myself with some fun face masks to replenish my skin and trying to relax. I see a bubble bath in my future.
I love plaid for the winter months. It’s just such a cozy pattern – it makes me think of fireplace snuggling and cinnamon apple hot toddys! This Nixie plaid scarf is so unique because of its colors. It is not the typical red, green and gold plaid you normally see around the holidays. I love the fresh dark green, purple and cream colors! 50 points to Slytherin for some stylish colors! :P I kept this outfit on the “dark side” by pairing the scarf with a sleek leather jacket. Leather jackets are so versatile during the winter you can dress them up with a LBD and red lips or dress them down with some boyfriend jeans and suede wedges.

These suede wedges are some of my favorites! I also recently received the Toms wedges in taupe – SO AMAZING. They are so comfortable and go with EVERYTHING! Every time I wear wedges my hubs calls them “fancy shoes”. What can I say – I’m so fancy! *hair flip*
