The Nook Cafe turns in to Luke’s Diner for the Gilmore Girls Revival

The Nook Cafe in Houston transformed in to Luke’s Diner for the Gilmore Girls Revival! I am a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan so I was oddly excited about waking up at 6am to get in line for coffee at this local Houston cafe. Those who know me personally know Loren & before 10am don’t go together. I despise the mornings – I am a night owl 100%!

I got to The Nook Cafe at about 7am and waited for Caleb to meet me there. He was getting off of work at 6:30am (he works 24 hour shifts as a Houston Firefighter) so we decided to make it a coffee date! :) We didn’t wait too long in line. I expected the line to be packed because The Nook Cafe is located right next to University of Houston Downtown and I know those college students need their morning coffee fix, but it wasn’t bad!

The Nook Cafe is such an adorable spot to grab a great cup of coffee and sit and work. This Houston coffee shop has such a cool relaxed vibe with its art covered chalkboard & particle board walls. It is definitely my kind of place to chill out! The Nook Cafe also has fun events throughout the week like wine tastings and live music. You have to stop by if you are in Houston!
