Oversized Sweater & Leather Leggings

The cool front is coming through Houston so that means another excuse to bust out oversized sweaters! I love oversized sweaters because it is really easy to dress them up or down. They are so comfortable and cozy! I decided to dress up my oversized sweater with some leather leggings. I was a bit apprehensive of leather leggings at first because I didn’t want them to seem too “sexy” – sexy is never a look I go for. The slick texture works with the soft texture of the sweater to balance each other out! It definitely gives the outfit a more edgy look that I love!

Wearing an oversized sweater, especially for someone who is on the shorter side like me, can make you look like a little girl wearing your dads sweatshirt if you don’t wear it right – but pairing a loose top with legging and wedges will accentuate your leg line and create a streamline look to help you look taller.
